  • Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
  • Able to develop budget and demand plan for category.
  • Foster trust relationships with stakeholders.
  • Engage in promotional activities of a product category.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles in FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google workspace, and computer literacy.
  • Strong negotiation and good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • A strategic and analytical mind.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the FMCG Industry in the category management field.
